We take pride in everything we sell to you, so anything returned to us should be new, unused and with all our garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, have any form of make-up/fake tan or deodorant stains on them or have been altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If you have any issues with an item you have received for us, please contact us immediately.
You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to return it for a refund.

Items bought in sale or outlet are not eligible for a return OR exchange, only credit note.
We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Please note that any earrings purchased cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Returning Your Order To Us
We recommend that you use a tracked postal service to ensure your item reaches us safely. You are 100% responsible for the return of the item to us and all costs incurred.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Please note we currently do not have the functionality to notify you that we have received your return into our warehouse, you can track this yourself using the tracking information, provided you used a tracked service to return to us.
You will receive a refund confirmation email once we have processed your return. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return. Once your refund has been issued, it will then take several working days for the funds to be visible in your account depending on who you bank with.
During sale/promotional times or the festive period, please note these times can be slightly longer.
Can I get an exchange?
Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please email us within (14 days of receipt of the item) directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a free pre-paid returns label for you and for the new size/colour to be sent to you.
